A NEW ERA: The Public Voice News Agency handing over ceremony

Friday, 14th June, 2024 marked another memorable in the itinerary calendar of the Public Voice News Agency as it was the Handing Over ceremony of the Editor-in-Chief and other Executives of the 2023/2024 session to the new set of Executives were handed the responsibility to take over the reins of leadership with the hope to continually move the Agency forward further than the erstwhile executives did.





The event which was anchored by Mould Precious, held at the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION STUDENTS (NAPAS) Library will forever leace a lasting memory in the lives of the outgoing executives, even more importantly for the newly selected executives.



Honouring the event with his presence at the occasion was the Staff Adviser of the Department in person of Dr. B.W. Shiyanbade who at the event appreciated the outgoing executives for a job well done and also encouraged the new executives on the need to give their best and do better, as this serve as a training ground towards their future pursuits.




In their outgoing speeches, Both the Outgoing Editor-In-Chief Aluko Emmanuel Oluwabukunmi and His deputy Nelly Umahi Uju emphasized on the need for hard work, commitment, Humility, Respect amongst other things as the values that aided their success in the agency and so they admonished all the new executives to imbibe these values as it would help in moving the agency and even their individual selves forward.

They thereafter presented certificates of active stewardship to both members and executives of the agency.

To close the event the Outgoing Editor-In-Chief Aluko Emmanuel presented an Handing over certificate  signed by both him and the staff adviser of the agency to the Incoming Editor-In-Chief hereby Handing the agency into His hands.
