The event brought together students, leaders, and alumni to discuss personal development, career growth, and the importance of building capacities outside academics. The program commenced with welcoming participants and introducing Dr. B.W Shinabade, Akeeb Adedeji The President of National Association of Public Administration Students (NAPAS) also addressed participants, emphasizing that education goes beyond textbooks and lecture halls and encouraging students to embrace learning beyond the classroom. The Vice President and organizer of the initiative Abass Oluwafisayomi explained that the program was designed to prepare students for opportunities beyond academics while encouraging self-development and skill acquisition.
