NAPAS MARATHON, YAY OR NAY?

  


Sports play a vital role in the education system. It doesn't look not only provide a break from the routine academic work, but also impart important life skills to students.

 It help students to stay physically fit. In the present sedentary lifestyle, it is important for young people to engage in physical activities regularly. 

Sports provide an outlet for students to channel their energy and stay healthy. They also enhance their motor skills, hand-eye coordination and spatial intelligence.

One cannot but commend the initiative of the Director of Sports (Gbolahan Babatunde Junior) under the leadership of Madam President ( Odejide Janet Anuoluwapo) for coming up with the NAPAS MARATHON 

The preparation for this grand event begins this week on Saturday 18th of November 2023 and students in the department are expected to suit up into their sporty wears each represented by a varieties of color, to get physically and mentally fit.


       Also the event gives room for willing students to contest for the grand prize of #10000 and medals, The director of sports has been working relentlessly together with the executives, legislators, stakeholders in the department to make sure the event is a successful one considering it's the first of its kind .
