Five Scenes, One Script: DRAMA’s Masterclass Against NAPAS


 The final whistle blew, but for the NAPAS team, it felt like the end had come long before the game started. With no chance of qualifying for the next round, tonight’s match against the Drama Department was meant to be a formality. But for DRAMA, it was a stage to shine, and they played their roles to perfection, delivering five unforgettable scenes.

The game began under the fading light at Training Pitch 1, and from the first whistle, DRAMA made their intentions clear. They weren’t here for just another match; they were here to make a statement. By halftime, they had already written the first three acts, each goal showcasing their skill, precision, and hunger. NAPAS tried to hold their ground, but the cracks were all too visible.

In the second half, DRAMA came back just as relentless, adding two more goals to the script. For the NAPAS team, it was their heaviest loss of the tournament, a painful reminder of their struggles throughout the group stage. The team had already lost to Chemistry in their opener and drawn against Philosophy in the second match. Tonight, they simply couldn’t find their footing.

One peculiar detail stood out—NAPAS had used a different goalkeeper in every match. Today’s keeper, despite conceding five, made several notable saves that might have spared them an even more humbling scoreline. It was a small glimmer of resilience on an otherwise dark evening.

As the game ended, the Drama Department walked off the pitch victorious, their message loud and clear: they were here to perform, and perform they did. For NAPAS, the loss closes a challenging chapter, one that will require deep reflection if they hope to return stronger next season.

Football is often called a beautiful game, but tonight, it was a reminder of how brutally it can expose weaknesses. For DRAMA, this was a masterpiece. For NAPAS, a tough lesson.
