MEET ONE OF NAPAS FIRST CLASS GRADUANDS

PV: Good day ma, can we meet you?

IFEOLUWA: I am Ifeoluwa Ojo, The HR Girl.

PV: How has the journey been so far after school?

IFEOLUWA: I think I am settling in okay as it's a new phase for me and real life is very different from the campus lifestyle I have been familiar with.

PV: Any regrets about studying public administration as a course?

IFEOLUWA: No regrets I am grateful for studying Public Administration, it  led me to my passion.

PV: How were you able to balance your extracurricular activities and studies considering you were once a CIPM President?

IFEOLUWA: For me, it was about understanding my priorities and knowing when to do what. I am not the most organized person, but practising good time management was very helpful for me

PV: What would be your advice to your junior colleagues, especially relating to academic excellence?

IFEOLUWA: Don't focus on your past failures, the journey ahead of you is unique, experience each process, learn from your mistakes and do not forget the people in your life. Your network is your net worth, build valuable relationships. With regards to academics, there is joy in trying, putting in that extra effort, going to that overnight, attending that tutorial, and joining that study group. So, you can beat your chest that you made an effort.

PV: It's an honour to you once again, thanks for having us.
